for ages 16 and up
Open your mind, body and heart in this class designed for beginners and intermediate level students. Through yoga posture and mindful breathing we can learn to navigate our way through the stress and frantic pace of modern life. Yoga builds strength, flexibility and balance while tapping into our bodys wisdom to heal what ails us.
The instructor has twelve years of teaching experience and is nationally registered (RYT) and Sivananda certified. Wear comfortable clothing and be ready to practice in bare feet. Bring a mat and a small pillow.
