Sauces Made Easy

for ages 16 and up - Instructor:  Chef Jim Churches

Learn how to make professional sauces in your own home!  We will cover many sauces that accompany any protein.  Learn to cook like a professional and make cooking fun and not a chore.  Hands on cooking with lots of tasting involved!  Need a minimum of 5 enrolled to offer this series.  Max. 20.  There is a $25 materials fee paid to the instructor at the first class.

*Refunds and credits are not issued for this class; you may designate a substitute participant if you cannot attend.
