Free babysitting services for all AM classes, child must be at least 1 year old
Children under the age of 14 are not permitted in the classroom during classes.
Students ages 14 & 15 are welcome to register for classes with a registered parent.
Students 16+ years old may attend without a parent.

NEW! Barre Reaction: The original barre technique forged by Lotte Berk with a sprinkle of Pilates. Build strength, burn calories, improve flexibility, and center yourself mentally with high repetitions of simple, small movements that are kind to the joints. This class is a mental and physical challenge that will improve posture and function for all levels! Whether you're just venturing into fitness or you pride yourself on your triathlon efforts, you'll get what you need. Mat required.
Cardio Strength: Cardio Strength will utilize both weight training and bursts of cardio (such as jumping jacks, mountain climbers, burpees, etc.) to get your heart pumping! While the workouts will vary, the concept of interweaving weights and cardio moves will be a constant. Throughout the class we will use a variety of equipment such as dumbbells, stability balls, glides, TRX, jump ropes, bands, kettlebells, rubber tubes, and bands. The class can be easily modified for all levels so join in on this fun and effective class!
Cardio Variety: Total body workout combining cardio, intervals, resistance, power, plyometric, strength training, core work, and more! Great music, lots of energy! Bring a mat and water.
Dance Fitness: A total workout, Dance Fitness combines all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class.
NEW! P90X: A total-body strength and cardio conditioning class of dynamic and functional exercises that will utilize light to moderate weights for a classic weight training session - the extra fat burning, lean muscle building essentials for your lower body, upper body, and core! Take it at your own pace. All levels welcome! Please bring a mat and water.
PiYo™ LIVE: A mat-based formatted class designed for people who like to sweat & burn calories! This class is inspired by Yoga and Pilates using focus, flow, and fusion-style movements and incorporates dynamic balance, strength, flexibility, and functional training in a rhythmic style. Suitable for all levels!
Total Body Bootcamp: This high energy “gym” class will make you feel like a kid again as you relive sports-like drills and sprints. While the bulk of the class will focus on strength training, the gym will allow for cardio bursts to come from sprinting and running drills. This class will utilize a variety of equipment and formats and can be modified for all fitness levels. Total body bootcamp is a fun, high energy class that will leave you ready to conquer the rest of your day!
Total Body Conditioning & More: This class is high-energy, total body workout that focuses on every muscle group at an intensity that will simultaneously improve your cardiovascular strength and endurance. The workout is broken up into a variety of circuits alternating between cardio and strength work, including a warm-up and a cool down.
Yoga Vinyasa Flow: This class will help to tone, strengthen and lengthen all the muscles in your body. While there will be moments of stillness where we hold poses for a few breaths, the bulk of class will be spent flowing through different poses and moving with our breath. Each class will be begin and end with stillness but be prepared for some heat in the middle!! This is a great complement to your cardio and strength workouts! Bring a mat to class.
