Cardio Drumming
Instructor: Trina Boulter

This is a fun and unique class for all ages and fitness levels. Each class will combine cardio and strength exercises with some great music! No experience is necessary and modifications are provided. Participants must provide their own equipment or purchase supplies for $25 (17 gallon bucket, 75cm exercise ball, and drumsticks) from the instructor. This is an adult class for drummers ages 19+.

Pre-Registration is appreciated to guarantee space and equipment. Class is limited to 24 participants each week.

Our instructors, Trina, is passionate about exercise and overall wellness for people as a method to increase strength, health, and have as much fun as possible in just one hour!

Please plan to enter our building at door #9, the senior center entrance on the west side of our building. Proceed down the hallway and turn right and go through the set of doors. The classroom is the second door on the right, room 54.
