Join us for a rejuvenating hatha yoga experience that harmonizes body, mind and breath. Hatha yoga focuses on the fundamentals of posture, alignment, and breath control to achieve relaxation and balance. Suitable for all levels, this class integrates gentle stretching, strengthening poses and breathing exercises to enhance flexibility, reduce stress and promote overall well-being. Whether you are new to yoga or looking to deepen your practice, come discover the transformative benefits of Hatha yoga in a welcoming and serene environment. A cold wash rag with essential oils and head massage will be offered at the end of class.
