Suitable for all levels, this class integrates gentle stretching, strengthening poses and breathing exercises to enhance flexibility, reduce stress and promote overall well-being. Whether you are new to yoga or looking to deepen your practice, come discover the transformative benefits of Hatha yoga in a welcoming and serene environment. A cold wash rag with essential oils and head massage will be offered at the end of class.
