Pre-Beginner
The Pre Beginner level focuses on independence and comfort in the water in a group environment. Pre Beginners learn facial submersion, blowing bubbles in the water and how to safely enter and exit the water. Using assistance from our instructors the students practice early development of arm scoops and leg kicks. Assisted front floats, back floats and glides are learned.

Pre-requisite: Student must be 4 years old with ability to be guided and enter the pool with an instructor.
