Beginner 1 level will focus on safety skills in the water. Learning how to float independently on front and back. Introduction to front crawl with appropriate arm reach with pull action and proper kicking legs; on their fronts and on their backs.
Pre Req: Student can independently submerge face for 3-5 seconds, blow bubbles underwater, minimal assistance with front and back floats, independently will enter and exit the water with instructor guidance.
