Intermediate 1
The Intermediate 1 Level will continue to develop freestyle and backstroke with distance and adding a flip turn. Introduction to breaststroke, sitting and kneeling dives from the side.

Prerequisite: Beginner 3 level completion. Freestyle 15 yards, Backstroke 15 yards and treading in deep water for 15 seconds.

Refund is the cost of class less $10 in fees OR full account credit OR free transfer to another class in the same session

Refunds requested 6 days prior to class starting until the beginning of the second class

50% refund of the cost of the class

No refund after the start of the second class unless for medical reasons
