Intermediate 2
The Intermediate 2 focuses on refining breaststroke kick, arm pull, kick and body positioning. Introduction open turns and standing dives from the side. Other skills will include continuing stroke work on freestyle and backstroke with flip turns

Prerequisite: Intermediate 1 completion. Freestyle 25 yards, backstroke 25 yards, developing breaststroke 15 yards and treading in deep water for 30 seconds
