Advanced 1
Advanced level focuses on developing butterfly stroke, as well as refining the 2 competitive turns. Continuing to work on adding distance to all strokes in preparation for competitive swimming.

Pre Req: Intermediate 2 level completion, ability to swim 50 yards freestyle, 50 yards backstroke and 25 yards breaststroke.
