Must have strong back walkover and BHS on own

The Back Handspring/ Back Tuck Class will continue to perfect the back walkover and back handspring ensuring proper techniques. Setting, rotation, body awareness, and landing control will be the main focus. Spotting and proper skill progressions will be used to ensure a safe and strong back tuck.
