Tween Group Lessons

This level will teach the swim basics from face immersion, floating, simultaneous arm and leg action, and treading water. Striving to build confidence in the water through progression of skills to swim strokes and learning water safety in shallow and deep water.


This level is designed as an introduction to swimming with a peer age group of 11-14 years old.
