Thank you for being one of our advertisers with the Community Life newspaper. You are definitely an integral part of our success and we thank you for supporting our community, our schools and our long-standing tradition of bringing local news to residents in Hartland. This year we will be celebrating 89 years of continuous publication.

We hope you will consider advertising with us again during the upcoming year. We publish August through May and our monthly news paper reaches more than 19,000 homes in our district. We offer several different sizes and options and please remember all our advertisements are pre-paid at the time of the request.

If you are an advertiser who runs a continuously monthly advertisement, payment is due on the deadline day for that issue. We also accept checks or cash in the office. For pre-payments, please refer to the enclosed Deadline Schedule for 2022-2023 school year.

We have set up account profiles for all the companies that have advertised over the past several years and have a system in a place to accept payment via credit cards (American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover). Enclosed you will find a form to be signed giving Hartland Consolidated Schools/Hartland Community Education the authorization to charge/debit your card each month or in full (10 issue run) with the discount.

As an added incentive we are offering a 5 percent discount if you decide to pay in full for the entire 10 issue run.

Please let us know if there will be any changes to your ad or logo and, feel free to email your current ad in a Word or PDF file to communitylife@hartlandschools.us. The ad order sheet should also be returned to this email address.
